Daybreak Dreaming
Almost immediately at daybreak, the temperature of light changes, and the west coast comes alive with a magical pink glow. The girl's fluid forms as she dances in the water create a visual jumble of hues, which refract through the moving water to produce a mesmerizing display of shimmering tones. These photographic studies capture the interplay between the girl's movements and the natural beauty of the landscape. The light and water blend together seamlessly, creating a breathtaking display of beauty and grace.
Twilight Bathing
This is the second stage of a study that captures the changing temperature of light and the interplay of shadows on a girl. The photographs were taken during the sunset hour, where the warm, golden tones of the sun's rays contrast with the cool, blue tones of the water. Each image showcases the girl in various poses and compositions, highlighting dynamic patterns created as the surface is carved and stirred up. This series was created as inspiration for a solo show.
